The founder was looking for a hypnotherapist. What should have been a simple process turned into a frustrating one. Finding a practitioner was hard enough. Finding one that felt credible was even harder.

Most of the websites were incomplete, outdated, or missing entirely. There was no easy way to compare practitioners, read reviews, or tell who was actually qualified. Many only had a handful of reviews, if any at all. Nothing about the experience built trust.

Eventually, the right practitioner was found. And the sessions were genuinely great. Real breakthroughs.

But the experience around the sessions told a different story. There were no automated reminders before appointments. Payments were handled through informal channels rather than a proper system. A payment plan fell through the cracks and a session was paid for after the fact instead of before. Session recordings lived in a phone's voice memo app, buried under hundreds of other files. The practitioner sent thoughtful recap emails with tools and techniques, but finding them later meant digging through an inbox.

The work itself was excellent. Everything around it felt held together by duct tape.

That contrast was impossible to ignore. Here was a profession full of talented practitioners helping people through real challenges, and the infrastructure supporting them was nowhere close to matching the quality of what they actually do. It did not have to be that way. This had the potential to be a polished, professional industry. It just needed the right tools.

So we built them.
